Friendliness and knowledgeable staff. Went to Mike’s bikes when l initially started looking at bikes. Salesman was extremely rude. Long story but beat feet outta there fast. Next day came to Your place. Staffer was super interested in me, what kind kind of riding are you planning, etc. let’s fit you! Heres our selections in your price range. We can get you whatever color you want in a day or two. Let me watch you ride it around the parking lot to see how it fits. Great guy! Wound up with a trek domane 5 picked it up the next day. Guy thru in some pedals, spare tubes. Will never shop anywhere else for bike or accessories. Especially Mikes Bikes.
Stopped in for service. Bought a helmet with good support and info from the sales counter people who were most helpful. Service department was very good. Had some issues with my bike which I was informed of and moved forward. Alex and Nathan were very easy to work with. Got bike home and had some reservations (don't know why) took bike for a normal ride and was pleased beyond my expectations. Thank you!!
