Timely and very helpful, knowledgeable staff in the mechanic shop. I was having an issue with a bolt mis-threading on a carbon frame. They re-tapped the threads no problem and had it ready to go the same day I dropped it off.

Very pleased with purchase I bought a Trek Verve 3. First day riding was 4 hours I just couldn’t get off it . Really cool and comfortable bike it’s like a beach bike but a Cadillac beach bike … very easy to ride shifting is a breeze , so smooth I would definitely recommend this bike for someone who wants to just cruz the bike trails .Up to the lake was a breeze from Fair Oaks
