Andrew and the staff are always very welcome, friendly, professional, and super knowledgeable. I enjoy just coming in to look around or stopping after a ride for a coffee and to look around. I always feel welcome here. Please keep the atmosphere this way!

I had not been in your store for many years as I had taken a break from cycling. I am back riding again and needed shoes. Went by the Auburn/Folsom store and met with Andrew who I was truly impressed with. He was very professional and helped me find the exact shoe and size. Unfortunately, Andrew did not have my size at his location but quickly checked the other location and found there was a pair there. He sent me over there where I bought the shoes, and I am really happy with them.

What do you like about our products and services?

Certainly not the cheapest place in town, but you have the best stuff in stock, which seems rare among bike shops lately. Great brands, plenty of higher end models not just the budget stuff. Staff is great - friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and they remember customers. They take care of you. I’ll keep shopping there even though it is not my closest bike shop.
