I love my bike! When I got it home the next morning the tire was flat. I called, they said bring your bike in and their crew fixed it right away. I got my bike back the very same day. It had a defective inter tub from the manufacturer. The crew is friendly and they take care of business! My bike is just what I wanted. It runs great and it is a beautiful orange!!! LOVE IT!

Although I live in Sacramento, I spend most weekends riding in and around Folsom so Folsom Bike is base camp for me. My TREK Domane SL7, Garmin 830 and most of my kit and accessories came from FB. The products are quality and the team is experienced and friendly. Service is top-notch too. I would and have sent people to FB and will continue to do so!

Excellent sales people! Andrew asked me what I was looking for in a bike ride and directed me to a few bikes in my price range and then let me and my partner go test ride some bikes together. He was not pushy at all. He let us talk it out but was also available to all questions. Excellent experience and we walked out with a new bike!
