The consistency means the management has made these qualities top priorities, which builds customer loyalty. Great selection and very friendly (non-pushy) sales associates. It was very helpful to test drive the bikes I was interested in before making a purchase. The associates all seemed to be very knowledgeable of every product they have on the floor. They not only know the products they are selling they personally use the different equipment so they are very familiar with pro's and con's of each piece of equipment.
