Everything, well....except one thing: I didn't try the bike out when I went to pick it and truck travel rack for it. When I got it home and took it off the rack, I noticed the front tire was flat. I haven't notified anyone at the shop about that because I knew I wouldn't be riding it for at least 2-3 weeks. I will call them to see if they will check it out before riding it for the 1st time incase there is a leak of tire air that I need to be concerned about. The bike is new, has never been ridden.
Once we get that taken care of and go for my first ride I will gladly allow Folsom Bike to share my name to promote Folsom Bike because the sales staff (mostly Andrew) was superb in communicating the things I needed to know to make a good decision for the equipment I purchased. And the service staff gave me the time and attention I needed to learn how to use the truck bike rack. I still have a few things to get - like a helmet, mirror, bag for bike rack.....
