Mike Wyatt greeted me as soon as I got inside and was able to answer the myriad of questions I threw at him without any issue. I am a n00b currently when it comes to riding but he was able to help guide me and let me try out a few bikes before picking one out. There were other workers there who were also super attentive and made sure everyone was being helped. I look forward to returning with my fiance' so she can pick her bike out soon too. I feel great about coming here and will continue to do so. Getting this bike is a lifestyle change for me and it just felt right being at the store. I look forward to our future :)

Nice shop with good selection of bicycles: TREK, GIANT, a few high end brands. Good staff in sales and service. Good access re hours. Service manager was knowledgeable.

Had recent service to check out my BMC Grand Fondo carbon fiber frame. Seemed pretty thorough. The only surprise was that my replacement Conti tires were $79 each plus $12 flat repair/tire!

Looking forward to getting an Endurance road bike with disc brakes.

Travis is perfect for anyone, if you are a biking professional or just enjoying the local bike trails like my husband and I. He seemed to really enjoy what he does. I would come back anytime. You guys always come through for all my cycling needs: Two bike racks (the first was trashed in a car wash), helmet and last but not least my new Trek bike. I brought my old bike in to get things transferred and take the Trek for a test run - and their patience was amazing. Sunday was a busy day and still very happy with the care I got.
