I recommended Folsom bike to the person who gave me a ride to drop off my bikes for service as well as to the person who took me to pick them up. The staff at this location is awesome! (And I have no reason to think the EDH location is any different, but I've never actually been.)

The friendliness, knowledge, care, help, patience are all beyond reproach. Every time I enter the store I'm greeted by name by at least 2 employees (usually more, depending on how many are actually working that day), and they remember my bikes as well!!

Particular shout-out to Muuqi for this most recent visit. He got my bikes in tip-top shape, and was timely and informative communicating when one needed more service than we initially thought. He called me quickly to let me know what they found, what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and what would have prevented the problem. What more could I ever ask for from a bike shop?

I find that every time I have to do business at Folsom Bike, ALL the employees are professional, helpful and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. I have bought numerous bikes, had service done on my bikes and I have also had them box up and ship bikes I have sold and they always put customer service first! Keep up the good work!

I travel 40 minutes to get to Folsom and pass many other bike shops on the way because of the treatment I have received there. Travis Lee, the manager, has set the atmosphere for a place I want to do business.
