Your bike shop had a wide selection of bikes for people of all ages and abilities. Folsom Bike has many options despite the pandemic supple chain problems. This is great for the consumer. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to relate to and understand. I felt that my concerns were addressed in an easy manner.

Folsom bike changed my life. Not only did they offer me a job during the midst of a global pandemic, they have continued to employ me and keep me and my lady rolling on some rad bicycles. Not Rad Power bicycles, mind you, just good ol' radical bikes. Great staff, great owners, all around good vibes.
They even told me they liked my shirt!

I hadn’t ridden my bike in years and don’t know much about its anatomy let alone fixing it myself. They were able to diagnose the issues, order the parts, and service my bike very quickly. I went back to get a helmet and Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Travis was an amazing representative for Folsom Bike when I came in with my grand daughter for her first "big girl bike." while we were chatting, I really enjoyed watching him cater our discussion with a 4 year old, it was really cool. With that vibe going, I asked about bikes in my size - he asked a bunch of questions on use etc and then I selected a Trek and purchased that too. The sales process was super chill, informed, almost like joining a club with the after sale services and tune ups and shop vibe. Not only was it cool with staff, as we walked out, a biker customer looked over at my grand daughter, still wearing her helmet, and said "that's a totally cool helmet, and REALLY cook bike." What a great place and cool community.

K was amazing. We just came in to browse and pick up some bar tape. He directed us to where it was…and upon checkout I asked him a couple of novice(myself) questions about bars and my hands getting numb. Not only did he help me out, he took the time to walk me over to a bike on the floor and gave some great feedback that help immediately on my ride today. I’ll be back simply because of him!

Our daughter will never forget Andrew and his recommendation that she name her new bike Rainbow Sparkle Pony. I'm pretty sure that name is going to stick. ;)
I called to ask if a Wahoo bike computer was in stock, which it was (but not at REI). I really appreciated the information that he gave to me over the phone - afterwards I said that I’d be there shortly to pick it up and he said, “we’d love to have come in” which made me feel that my business was really appreciated.
During my visit picking it up, I was also able to get a first-hand review for MTB (not for road biking) from the same guy I spoke with on the phone. It was super helpful because there’s almost no info online or YouTube about MTB-specific use.
Service & products were 10/10!

We have bought three mountain bikes there this year for my daughters and wife. We appreciate the service and knowledge they have of the products. One bike had a chain link break and they fixed it for free immediately while I waited. Also very impressed how quickly we were able to obtain the most recent bike considering all the COVID delays.
