It's been difficult to get into Folsom Bikes store this past year because of the Pandemic (I've had to wait in lines outside in the summer heat or winter cold). Still the service has been worth it!
I bought my first ebike from your store several years ago and it's still in great condition. I take it in for service and to update the electronics so that I can keep riding it on all our great trails in this area.
The coffee shop next door is an even added bonus. Good people, great service!

Folsom bike service is excellent, they really take out their time to explain any problems or issues that you may have had a concerned about. They also show you how to set up your bike and what trails to explore and they do a great job with inspecting and servicing your bike.
Definitely recommend.

After going to another bike shop to get my 24" tires replaced and told they would need to be ordered and I'd have to wait about one week, Folsom Bike had the tires in stock and was able to replace my old tires on the spot!

Travis Lee is what our friends and family like about Folsom Bike shop, he gets us he motivated about riding bikes. Also that Folsom bike shop carries high quality; bikes, gear, service & snacks. My mom went there for the first time and liked that I told here there are E- Bikes, she is a business owner and will probably eat at your Cafe next time we drive out to Folsom. I like that one can build a custom Trek bike directly from the manufacturer, I ride a 58cm frame maybe a 56cm if I consider racing. Furthermore the website has 700c carbon rims that are going to be my next upgrade witch is easier to purchase from then other sources. My sister Lily might buy a new bike because her husband works at Intel and rides a rusty mountain bike, so they might buy a Red and white Trek 52cm, also I'm looking for bikes for my little sister and brother 14"-20", also my niece and nephew are wanting bikes 14"-20" and 14" for Isaiah and he's brother is ready for a push bike. The oldest neice could use a adorable hybrid as she works for the Gas company. Also interested in a trainer roller any suggestions, I'll keep reading the emails from folsom bikes. I'm a certified medical assistant and keep my family's exercise plan confidential and would appreciate HIPAA confidentially!

When I got into the store they were very helpful even though I am was not sure they would have the part I need for a stationary bike. They offered to let me take it and try, it out at home. The gentleman that helped also mentioned that there are right and left pedals in case I did not know, which I did not. Unfortunately, the pedal did not work but the let me return it with out any hassles. I will be back in the future to fix up my old bike and begin riding again,

Staff is courteous, friendly and the best and most complete service I have had for my bike. When other shops told me my bike needed to be replaced. Folsom Bike took the time to thoroughly inspect my bike, make recommendations and repair what was needed. Very impressive and much appreciated! I will take my bike here for service and no where else!
