Friendly and knowledgeable staff. It was a fantastic experience at Folsom Bike and I love my new bike and accessories! I haven't rode a bike in many years and had only experienced a cruiser bike. I had an idea of what I wanted and Erin helped me find the correct size for my frame. She explained the gearing to me and encouraged me to get a feel for it during my test ride. It was exhilarating and I felt like I was 16 again. They got me all set up with what I needed and ready to roll.
