Our family of 5 went in to just see what bike would fit two of the kids. We stood in a line of pleasant people while waiting to get into the store - covid 19 reality. We were greeted by Erin and she was fabulous!! She listened to our needs, made suggestions, let us ride as long as we needed, and was very patient. We ended up purchasing 3 bikes and couldn’t be happier with out purchases. Thank you.

I have always received nothing but amazing customer service from all the sales staff each and every time I come into the store. Customer service is huge for me and can make or break my returning to a store. Happy to say, I will be returning to Folsom Bike many more times in the future.

I think his name is Kyle, I’m not entirely sure, he’s a skinny dude who I spoke to who rides on king rd super fit guy, he has super incredible customer service and would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a good experience with bikes. Just was a stand up guy made great eye contact, super attentive, really enthusiastic about the sport, couldn’t recommend a better customer service agent to anyone tbh.

Always says hi and literally is one of the coolest guys I know.
Very enthusiastic about the cleanliness of the shop, the modern look and all the gear that you guys offer. I always feel good and like you are going to take care of me when I walk through the doors. I feel like everyone actually wants to be there and that is critical to a good business.

Highly recommend this shop. Always has bikes In most price ranges and is super knowledgeable. It’s a thumbs up from me, that’s for sure.

Folsom bike was awesome! We went there to find a 24in wheel bike for my 8 year old stepson and they had one in stock ready to be built that day. They shared his excitement with him and adjusted the seat just right for him. They have made loyal customers for life!

I came in at 5:45Pm with a flat back tire and was greeted with a smile and a "sure we can fix that right away" attitude.

Great place to buy a bike. The guys know their stuff and don't talk down to you. I recommend your shop to everyone I talk to whwn they are interested in buying a bike or getting help with their current bike.
