Top quality products and first-rate service

I continue to be impressed with the staff at Folsom Bike. Always polite and knowledgeable. I really appreciate they never try to “up sell” things on me. In fact, I have experienced the opposite at times...sometimes I think I need to replace a part...they will evaluate and tell me no...all good, just need an adjustment.

They also are very timely on service. Last 2 times I had my hike in, they delivered 2 days ahead of the date promised.

However, one thing, at your Folsom store you put up tow signs. I used to park their and go for a ride, and then go into the store to buy general items or even to have the bike looked at. Accordingly, I started going to the other shop in Folsom (your competitor) to park and went in his store for superfluous gear since I did not have to worried about getting towed. In other words, I think these signs hurt your biz for the purchase of incidentals.

I finally went in your store yesterday and one of your guys explained why the signs are there. Understand, but I suspect many like myself went elsewhere rather than risk being towed. Other than this I let no heathen hands touch my bikes unless its your personnel.

Excellence of service is what you will find when visiting Folsom Bike.
