This is probably the best bike shop I’ve ever dealt with. They have quality equipment, and they are very knowledgeable. We bought two electric bikes today from them. I have no regrets. Very happy.

I dropped off my bike for a tune-up. It was handled very professionally. I knew exactly what was going to be done and received an estimated price. When I went to pick it up, all the work was done and the service person went over exactly what they did and what I should expect in the next few rides and when to bring it back.

My girlfriend and i stopped by Folsom Bike just to look and ask some questions, as we have not ridden bicycles in many years.Travis was great! He was very patient and answered all of our questions.We ended up purchasing 2 new bicycles,helmet, and some accessories. I was so pleased with the excellent service that i drove back to the store (Over an hour from our house and past at least 3 different bike shops) to drop off my 12 year old Diamondback for a tune up and tire/tube replacement. They not only replaced the tires and tubes,but tuned the bike to perfection! I handed it down to my son in better operating condition than when it was new! They even washed the bike which was coated in cobwebs and 8 years of dust. Folsom Bike will be seeing us in the future for all of our cycling needs

Folsom Bike has a very knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Three recent contacts. First, they filled our tires, no charge, happy to help. Next, needed a new tire for a very old bike (30+ years), they had the tube and tire in stock and replaced it while I waited. Entire process less than 15 minutes. Third encounter, next day, replaced the other tire, again in minutes, while I waited.

Funny you should send this survey. As I was driving home from the store yesterday I thought to myself, I like these people. I like the vibe, the service, the attitude. I’m 64 and it made me harken back to growing up when their were neighborhood stores, local people, and actual customer service. Spent some money but felt good about it.
