We brought in a bike to be fixed and they called the next day with a few more items on the bike to fix. We gave the go ahead to fix those items the next day and they had it ready that same day. Quick to fix bikes and great on the phone.

I was at the Folsom location for my 90-day free service. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The bike service was completed in less time than promised. The service staff helped me load my bike into my car (I wish I knew his name -- he was excellent!) I requested that the handlebars be shortened, and that was done perfectly. I now feel like the bike fits me much better! Thank you!
