I had a great experience with buying a bike at Folsom Bike. When I came to the shop I wasn't sure what bike exactly I wanted and I had some options in mind. Andrew Hammond told me more about bikes and helped me to make a choice based on my needs. Overall the whole purchase process was smooth, quick and enjoyable. They also setup the bike based on my parameters and provided a lot of useful information. I am very satisfied with my time spent at Folsom Bike as well as with the bike I bought from them.

This has been my 3rd trip to Sacramento area from my home outside of Philadelphia.
2 road bike rentals and this past Monday , Mtb rental - excellent service, great bike shop, knowledgable and very helpful. plan on renting from you guys each visit to the beautiful state of California

This bike shop is AWESOME! My road bike was stolen (very sad day) before I was going to do my first century ride. Folsom Bike hooked me up with a rental Trek, which was probably the nicest bike I've ever ridden. But more importantly, the shop feels like a place everyone would be welcomed, from seasoned to beginner cyclist. I'll definitely be replacing my stolen bike at Folsom Bike.

Our customer service rep, Travis was super helpful and informative. Bikes worked perfectly for the job at hand ( which was a trail ride around Lake Natoma with my son) and excellent service on every end!
