I was looking to go tubeless on my mtb. Turns out I did not have TR tires. I really appreciated my initial interaction with the mechanic. I felt like the price was a bit high for both the new tires I purchased and the cost of having the mechanics set up tubeless. I am new to the biking world and wanted to establish FB as my shop so I payed a bit more. Buying tires online would have taken business away from this local shop but also saved me about $50. Not sure what I First name removed do in the future. Overall the experience was good. When I came to pickup my wheels I waited about 30 minutes.

Front counter gentlemen, can't remember his name, but I think it was just a single letter, not only personally guided me to each product section for which I was looking, but also installed one of the products on my bike that I purchased. Outstanding customer service! Thank you!

It was an really easy process to rent and return a bike. They included a spare tire and all the tools to replace it with an air pump. Really nice personelle.

This was my first time at Folsom Bike and I rented a bike for my friend who was visiting from out of town! They had great tips for riding on the trail!
We were both very impressed! Friendly and great customer service and the bike was excellent for the trail.
I need some work done on my bike and this will be where I go!
