Just finishing our bike ride my wife and I stopped in to Folsom Bike and were quickly greeted by Travis. I brought in my wife’s front wheel to let him see what she was riding on and to get his suggestion on what they had that would be a step up in performance and be in our budget.
I explained that I wanted to do something special for her for our 45th wedding anniversary and we couldn’t have come to a better person to take care of us thanTravis. He took the time to explain about the features of two wheel sets and comparing them to what she was riding on.
Never did we feel pressured, only encouraged to go home and look up reviews. After doing just that, I called the next day to say what Travis had shared was expressed in a number of reviews that I read and we would like to go with the wheels he thought would work best for her.
Brought both our bikes in that day and the service crew was AMAZING in taking my wheels off, putting her old wheels on my bike and putting the new wheels on hers. Her first ride wasn’t a real test to see what the improvement might be BUT her second ride this Friday ( 9/20/19 )
was more than I’d hoped for. Thank you Travis and all the guys in the service department,
we will be sharing our experience with our friends and those we talk with on the American River Trail. I do have one problem now, I’m having a harder time trying to stay ahead and sometimes just staying up with my new speedster wife 😩. Ed and Linda
