Travis was very helpful. He made me feel appreciated and comfortable with the process of buying a new bike. I was not sure of what I needed but Travis took care of me and explained all I needed to know. I’m know the proud owner of my first road bike. It’s been 22 years since I’ve stepped foot on a bike.
In my opinion, the best thing going at Folsom Bike is the staff. Through the 5+ years I have had a relationship with this shop, I have seen some turn-over in staff as expected. Through that, they have maintained a consistent culture of meeting cyclists where they are at, from beginner to expert. I have never seen anyone there attempt to over-sell a customer. In the event someone asks a question the representative does not know the answer to, they won’t fake it. They will reach out to a colleague and get the answer promptly.
As a result of these direct observations, I have the utmost trust in their staff and will continue to steer anyone interested in cycling their direction.

Tuned up an older bike replaced brakes. Timely manner. Staff was very friendly. No pressure and took their time to explain everything.
Our Sales person, "K" was great. He is very knowledgeable and took the time and effort to understand our needs, likes and dislikes. He was more interested in making sure we had just the right fit and catered to our riding preferences rather than selling us any bike to get us out the door.
I recommend Folsom Bike and highly recommend "K"!

We were helped with our bike sale by Travis who greeted us immediately when walking in. He was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable during our entire interaction and got us on our way so quickly even after doing a few little adjustments and installations (flashlights) that we requested last minute. Travis was so awesome and we will definitely be returning for all of our family members future bike needs and repairs. Thanks so much Folsom Bike, our daughter loves her new TREK Marlin 6!!

I have taken my bike and my wife's bike there. Sam has been the person who has handled the repairs. I ask a lot of questions and he answers everyone in an easy way to understand. They know what they are doing there....and they sell a quality product.
Your staff is always friendly and courteous. Very quick to touch bases with you whether the place is busy or not. They were quick to help me even though the parts I needed were not very expensive.

The drop off counter for bike repairs is well run. I've had repairs made on the spot, which was great. I have also left my bike/wheel for repair and they have been completed on time.
