Trance rental was great although you should offer some sort of rental insurance. Also everyone had an issue charging me the correct amount first it was 3 days then 2 days but I only rented for one day. Other than that I will use Folsom bike again.

As soon as you walk in the door someone always greets you in such a helpful and friendly manner. If you have any questions someone in the store always seems to know the answer. Plus if you don’t have a product in store you can almost always get it ordered. Fantastic atmosphere.

Folsom bike has everything you need whether you are a beginner, intermediate or elite cyclist. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The line of products that Folsom Bikes carries is top notch. I never feel pressured to buy and always feel educated about the pros and cons of any purchases that I make.

Reliable honest service

When we get the bike back from service or repair, it is done right and I do not have to bring the bike back for rework. In addition, the person at the service desk is usually very knowledgeable. I was definitely impressed with Sam when we were thinking about changing our brifters and derailleur. I had confidence that Sam was going to do us right and sure enough, when we got the bike back, everything work fine.
