Your guys were great. I needed a very quick turnaround for some bike repairs and they were very busy. The guys were incredibly friendly about my request and said they would fit me in. They knocked out my repair 2 days quicker than expected (est. 3 days). They really made my life easy. My family can now participate in our upcoming ride with our Cub Scout Pack this weekend.

However the store could use Apple Pay. I stopped and shopped for a break on my 90 mile ride and had to pay later in the week.
My bike was serviced, tire replaced, handle bars re-wrapped and chain was lubricated in 30 minutes; while I waited!

It has been awhile since the purchase of my wife's bike, consequently I am unable to give the credit for the excellent service to the gentleman who assisted us. The service was simply phenomenal! My wife can push any service person to question why they deal with people at all. The technician was terrific in all aspects of the sale, the several adjustments to make it perfect for my wife (on a couple of different bikes) to the explanation of variations of different riding accessories. Great experience and The Place to purchase your next bike.

Everyone we have ever dealt with always had good knowledge to help us out. It’s the only place we have taken our bikes for last couple years. Sam and Patrick are real standouts. Always happy and willing to help. When repairs or service is necessary it’s always completed on time if not earlier.

I loved the way Sam asked right away if he could help my daughter and I. When my daughter said we were looking for a ladies bike for me, a 60+ year old lady, Sam said “well then we’d better go to the ladies section”. What? The ladies section? I was amazed to find a separate room dedicated to bikes for ladies. I immediately found a size small e bike, took it for a test ride and was instantly in love. Sam prepped the bike for me, added a kickstand and had the seat stem cut down a bit to fit my short legs. Within an hour I drove away with the bike of my dreams at a fair price and with a great warranty and two checkups included. I have already recommended Folsom Bikes to my friend, who will be buying an ebike of her own soon.

I've been going to the Folsom location since probably shortly after they've opened. During that time, I have bought several bikes (kids bikes, town bike to carry a child seat and/or trailer, touring bike, and even top of the line TT and road machines). When I first started going there, I was (and am) no different than any other customer. And by that I mean they were available to discuss whatever my concern or interest was, gave me their undivided attention, and really put the effort in to understand my needs. And when am in the shop, I see the employees do this with every customer. They have truly earned my business through their customer service. But they also carry a great selection of quality bikes, bike clothing, and various accoutrements to make the cycling experience as optimal as possible. And when I have had a problem (or gaffe of my own doing), they have really gone the extra mile to correct the problem, and made super accommodations to fix the gaffe! They're a 10 in my book!
Appreciate the ease in which Travis made renting the emountain bike.
The only thing keeping the experience from being a 10, is that you don’t take Amex. May I encourage you to check out the options of card payment through such as Square, Clover, or Google for small businesses. Most are 2.75% for any card and no monthly fees. Thanks again for a great rental!

The service folks were super helpful and I've always received great service here. MUCH more helpful than the folks at Mike's Bikes (Sutter/Liedesdorff).
