Knowledgable staff. Excellent service. When I come in with a problem, Folsom Bike staff go the extra step to help resolve it. If they don't have the answer, they work to find it. Other shops just say, "We don't have it", "We can't do that", or "We can sell you a new one" rather than try to fix what I have. Keep up the good work.

Sales person josh, and employee delaney were absolutely great. I went to Folsom bike just to test ride a few bikes for an upcoming trip to Austria. From the moment I called to see if they had the bikes I wanted to test ride, to the moment I walked in I was completely blown away with the customer service I received. My experience only got better when I actually began to explain to josh what I was looking for, why I was there, and that I know nothing about mountain bikes. He took the time to fully understand what I was looking for and provided me with all the information, and better yet, explained the differences of the two bike brands I was test riding. After riding the two brands of bikes, josh told me that a brand new Trek 9.7 was being built so I could test ride that bike. They (folsom bike) got the bike ready for me to test ride, and test ride I did. They still believe in people and allowed me to test ride a 6k bike without demanding any type of collateral, which was refreshing. I ultimately bought the 9.7. Josh took the time to thoroughly understand and provide me with all the equipment I needed for my new mountain bike/ upcoming trip. I left for the day and was going to return the next day to pick up my bike (a final inspection needed to be completed on the bike by 3 mechanics). I returned the next day and my bike was ready to go. Delaney went through everything on the bike with me. So, from start to finish I was completely satisfied with the service, product, and customer service I recieved at Folsom bike. I would recommend them to anyone who values true customer service, friendly staff members, great products, great pricing (as I received a discount on everything I bought), and a fantastic experience.

So thankful for Folsom Bike! Customer service is out of this world. We are from out of town and needed a specialized $20 part for a Trek bike. They ordered it for us, and mailed it to us! Outstanding! Friendly, helpful, and they went out of their way to be sure we could ride! Thank you so much!
