I appreciate that Folsom sales and service team are knowledgeable and always courteous. As a female buyer, I think staff could extend themselves just a bit more to be gender-neutral. I have a lot of buying power.

The staff at Folsom Bikes are ALWAYS super helpful and welcoming. As a female I have experienced some bike shops that don't give me the time of day or assume that I don't know anything about bike. That has never happened here and the staff has always treated me like any other customer. I appreciate that. The staff are also knowledgeable and have helped in researching solutions when there wasn't in store to fit my needs. It is due to the staff that I will be a loyal customer.

The service department at Folsom Bike is fantastic. I went in the other day to get a broken spoke replaced, expecting to leave my bike there for a day or two, but they repaired it in 15 minutes! That is great service.

In the past the service department has gone beyond normal duty to help me find low cost repair solutions. I broke a part on an older bike and could not get find anyone to repair it because the part was no longer made. Folsom Bike made a part for me. "No guarantees" they said, but they came up a solution that got me back on the bike.

And when it comes to more normal service needs they always let me know how long it will take, what it will cost, and they let me know right away when the work is complete.

Needless to say, I'm a satisfied customer!

Excellent, professional service. Outstanding selection of bikes and accessories. Beautiful store and love the attached coffee shop and a place to relax while bikes are being worked on. We purchased four bikes with the help of Delaney Brooks and he went above and beyond to make sure everyone was happy with their chosen bike. Thank you!

Folsom Bike listened to what I needed, helped me order the right parts, and fixed everything in just a few days. They would call to give me updates and called when the bike was finished. Super friendly staff and will definitely be back in the future.
