I thought Delaney was very attentive to what I was seeking. He made great suggestions and gave me the pros/cons of the bikes I looked at and stayed within my price range. I appreciated being able to test ride the bikes "for as long as you wish" and did not feel pressured when I returned to purchase. The service was excellent and I absolutely love the bike I chose. The bike mechanic was able to get everything adjusted appropriately including installing some extras I purchased. I will definitely be using Folsom Bike for further cycling needs.

The staff at Folsom bike is great. Justin and Travis are who I dealt with and both were very professional and knowledgeable. Folsom bike is a great high end bike shop with a fun atmosphere.

So far I am pleased with the service and the competency of the sales person that helped me when I purchased my electric bike. The only down side is the location. I live in Lincoln Hills and it takes a while to get to your shop. But you were recommended and you also visited McBean Park last year with your e-bikes and I had made up my mind to buy one from you people. Thanks.

The staff in the shop are knowledgeable and trustworthy, and there seems to be a continuity of personnel so that you can actually feel like you are building a relationship with the shop.

Sam in the service department assisted me. He got back to me with the information promptly and the information that he gave was well researched by him. I trust the information and will make my decision based on what he told me. Folsom bike is the store that I trust to work on our bike.
