Did not know much about the product not much of a biker, we had purchased a peloton and was looking for cleats. Andrew was very helpful in finding a cleat that mid range shoe and a mid range price
( I happen to be working at the cafe and I was going to look for cleats the realized Folsom bike was next door it worked out very well for me thank you

The products are similar to what you would find at many other local bike shops, but what I value most about Folsom Bike, personally, is the feeling I get when I’m there, and when I leave. In my experience the staff at Folsom bike have always maintained a very professional and classy atmosphere, the best I’ve seen, and that I appreciate most.
Folsom bike is the best in the business!!! They have a huge selection of products to choose from to fit all of your needs. I came in for an ETAP upgrade for my bike and Travis was amazing. He took the time to make sure I got everything I needed and explained how everything works not to mention he answered my 50 questions! The guys at Folsom bike from sales to service are all professional and willing assist with anything you may need. After picking up my bike today I went straight to the trail for a quick 40 miles and it performed flawlessly! Thanks again to the crew at Folsom bike!
The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a large selection of bicycles and they are located right near the bike trail in Folsom. We will be going back there again.
