Nice selection of products, well presented. Staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help. I purchased one bike at the Folsom location and one at the Town Center store over the last few years. Great service at both shops!

What makes Folsom Bike great? It comes from the people, including Erin & Wilson and the entire service and sales team members. An added plus is the accompanying Folsom Grind coffee space (with Google Pay).

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Answered all the questions I had regarding my purchase and regarding group rides in the area. The store is clean, organized, and has a good layout.
They were willing to make a stem/spacer adjustment and install a bottle cage for me on the spot.
Will definitely take my Giant TCR back for service/adjustments.

Csme in for a gender and to talk about the new Giant Trance and Pivot 429 trail. Staff seemed knowledgeable about these and mentioned the demo fleet had a Trance!
