I like that there is a wide selection of makes & models of road bikes. Andrew Nel in particular spent a lot of time with me and didn’t try to push any one bike on me. He spent a lot of time before the perfect bike came into the shop and he remembered me and contacted me. Sam in the bike mechanic section was also very helpful in setting up the bike with the correct specs for me to try

The employees are very knowledgeable. Fast service turn around. Very good location.
My only gripe would be opening so late in the morning, but I’ve survived with it so far!!

The time Sam took to explain the best fit for my nine year old grand daughter. Patient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Felt he was really listening. This is to be expected of all retailers but as a retired financial analyst, I can really ask lots of questions. So, Sam is to be commended. The entire store staff was also very friendly. Our thanks to Travis for carrying and loading the bike into our vehicle.

I came into the shop to inquire about renting a mountain bike and riding somewhere close enough to pedal to. They had the bike set up for me before I even had my gear out of the car. Everyone was professional and enthusiastic, when I'm out for work this will be the shop I visit. Also they have a coffee shop and a couple taps. Thanks guys.

I have been in multiple times, for multiple reasons. Some for purchases and some for service. The customer service has always been stellar. Smiles, good attitudes, etc. You can buy bike parts anywhere, but you cannot buy customer service. Folsom Bike has my business for life. I’ve always left thinking, “wow what a great experience.” I’ve never left thinking I was overcharged or treated poorly. Thanks Folsom Bike

Staff is always friendly and wanting to help. Staff has the knowledge to give advice and discuss matters with experienced riders and the courtesy to treat new riders with care and let them feel it's OK not to know everything needed to be a rider.
