The location is fantastic. Very central too many communities and amazing riding areas. Staff are very professional and courteous. It’s nice to gather there before and after rides for community and hang out time, and for “restock” of all our cycling accessories.

The staff is very friendly purchasing the bike and first free 90 day service was very easy to drop off and pickup, I will recommend the folsom bike shop to anyone that will listen.

Great customer service and easy to schedule pick up and drop off. I did call to check on my bike and the service crew was exceptional. My family lives in Folsom and so my bike will reside in folsom for the most part. Picked it up second hand but had a bent rim and needed a tune up. so nice that there was the pick up and delivery service as it barely fit in my suv. Thank you so much for great service!

Knowledgable, friendly staff. I had been to many bike shops contemplating a road bike over the years and gave up. This time when I thought I might be ready, I again went to several bike shops but our group introduced me to your shop. Then I discovered my BIL had heard of you. Then, the several times I went in for accessories, I was always treated as though I was a special client. I had bike shops refuse to let me touch bikes (high on a rack with a cable on it), bike shops where the clerk stood in front of the bike I wanted and asked to see and told me all about their $$$ bike. Folsom Bike staff seemed just as interested in my business when I wanted a basic, inexpensive bike, and they understood when I quickly didn't want something too far out of range. And...they let me not only touch the bikes, but ride them. I just picked up my former bike that they just tuned up. They did an impeccable job, just as I would expect. I highly recommend them.

We had a very nice experience. Andrew was polite, knowledgeable of the product, friendly and funny with his small jokes. He was able to help us select the the correct bikes and place an order. When we picked up the bikes, your staff were very helpful with changing out my seat, adding a kick stand as well to the bike. I give your store and staff five stars! The next day we went on a 23 mile bike ride. We were very tired and did get a work out. The best part with our eBikes was the ability to go further but didn’t make it a chore. We are very happy with our purchase. Thank you!
