When I brought in my bikes for a tune up, everyone was very helpful and explained what the process would be. The bikes were ready to pick up when promised. Everyone in the service department was very nice.

Excellent service, friendly staff, nice selection of ladies items. Overall it’s a fun experience to take a trip to Folsom Bikes. I also like that I can pop in with a problem and they can troubleshoot and fix it right away.

Folsom Bike carries product for all levels of riders and specializes in great customer service. I am also impressed with their service department. My bikes are always returned to me quickly and on schedule and they are fixed right the first time.

Did not try to sell me a new frame after my bike accident. Made a sound recommendation that my current frame could be repaired. This saved me a lot of money and I felt they were looking after my best interest. My bike repair looks perfect and I can’t wait to ride again.

I love Erin and Wilson and almost all of the employees; especially Sam. I like two locations — it’s convenient. I love the Grind. I love that FB sponsors the BBB and the PC AND offers a discount. I like starting and ending rides at FB. I like the cycling celebs they host at events. In many many years, almost all of my maintenance has been excellent! Could I say more? Just ask me!
