I've been a Folsom Bike customer from the beginning. Family owned and operated! Great pricing. Understands the needs of all type of cyclists (novis to racers). Because they specialize in women cycling I've referred many to Folsom Bike. Great coffee shop too! Friendly staff. You can see and chat with the owners on the sales floor. Always helpful!

Sam the man mechanic.. he even remembered my name. I also really like the ladies room and the great selection of bikes and gear. I drive all the way out from midtown Sac because there is no other bike shop as friendly and with the selection. Also VERY personal service.

After shopping at the three bike shops in town near me we were really disappointed with the knowledge and service of the personnel. We remembered Folsom Bikes and headed straight over. From the moment we walked in we knew we were probably buying my bike there. All the staff is amazing and we had the pleasure of working with Travis. He took his time, made sure I found a bike that fit me and listened to what I needed. No pressure, no sales tactics, and offered lots of expertise. Needless to say we bought my new Trek Bike there and a lot of accessories. I have already told most my bike friends to just shop at Folsom Bikes. I picked up my new bike yesterday and took a joyous ride along the river. I am thrilled.
