Every member of the team I spoke with was kind and helpful- I rented a bike during Memorial Day weekend and they let me pick it up the night before in order to go out early the next morning. Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, thanks for your help I appreciate it! Overall just great service with people who are passionate and care about what they do.

Best customer service I have received from any retail establishment in years. I went in to order a demo bike but I was worried it wouldn’t fit me or might arrive thrashed. K helped me narrow down fit and tracked down lots of helpful information from the Pivot Rep. The bike was ready for pickup early and is completely perfect. I am so pleased.
