We spoke with 2 different employees (about a month apart) about a bike for our 11 year old son. Both were very helpful and informative and we never felt pressured to purchase. Our son loves his new bike and we are confident it will last him as he grows!

Let me tell you...this is the place for customer service. Immediately after walking in, you are greeted by an employee of the business. I provided my name and told them what I was there for. Travis Lee then commented that he would get my bike which had been purchased over the phone. I live in Sparks Nevada and purchased the bike from them since it was in very limited supply. Travis stated that they were prepping the bike and he said it would only be a short wait until the bike was ready. I browsed around the store while waiting and Travis provided me with updates as the time went by. My bike was presented to me and Travis went over the basic operation of the bike including the bike computer. He also sized me on the bike and loaded the bike into the rear of my car since I did not have my bike rack. The customer service was excellent and they treated me like I was buying a Mercedes. I would definitely purchase another bike from them even though I live two hours away
