I love your shop. After many years away from road cycling, I started again about 2 1/2 years ago, at which time Travis helped me select the perfect bike. He was incredibly helpful and patient during the process. Initially he asked and answered a lot of question and encouraged me try several bikes to be sure.

The exceptional experience has continued. Travis has continued offering invaluable advice, helping me extend the length and intensity of my ride. Your service team has been exceptional too, from the quality and thoroughness of the regular service to the quick inspection when needed. Most recently, Sam became my advocate with Trek to replace a cracked wheel a couple of months after the warranty expired. Not only did he get it replaced, he offered a loaner wheel so I could keep riding during the process.

4. Most importantly, your reputation for the quality of your bike servicing and maintenance, including a complete and thorough safety check, is known well outside of Folsom. (In the Bay area, for example.)

K was helpful once he established what we wanted in a bike he narrowed down to 2 bike modals and helped us decide from there his professionalism knowledge of the bikes was great and helped us make up our mines fairly quickly also willing to shave on the pricing we left very happy with our choice and solidified our choice when riding that very evening so thank you so much

Products: Excellent selection of bikes in all price ranges. The bikes were well known and had a long history in the industry. The staff were remarkable. All of them made me feel I was the most important client at that moment. Explained everything completely and only sold me products that I needed our wanted. There was no "Hard" sell on anything. I left the store feeling I was part of Folsom Bike and I could rely on them to help me at anytime. I had not ridden in 10 years and a lot has changed when it comes to mountain bikes. I was able to ride the bike I wanted and make sure it fit my style of riding and experience. Ten minutes on the Trek 8 and I was sold. Great service, great people, great value for my money.
