Outstanding customer service; the staff is consistently knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and respectful. I always leave the store feeling good!
Some of the staff at other local bike shops I’ve been to display an “attitude” of superiority and seem bothered or impatient with novice or mid-level bikers. You can tell they really don’t want to be there and don’t care about the customer.

What do you like about our products and services?

Fast and friendly service in a nice location. I was happy to see that the employee that helped me took the time to make verify that the parts I wanted would work rather than just ring me up at the register and send me on my way.

I don't live in Folsom and I stopped by as I was driving home from an event but I'd consider taking the time to drive back here.
