Everything! Beginning with Travis Lee who I purchased my bike from. Arrived in the store awhile ago just to look around and after talking with Travis I was sold on both the store and the product. Since that day my feelings have not changed. Although I personally only dealt with Travis I feel I could deal with any of the others and get the same service. I just like staying with the same person in situations like this. The store has nothing but a positive feeling to it and the employees make it feel that way.

Helpful knowledgeable and just nice to work with while trying to choose bicycles that where right for my wife and I. They were helpful when it came to adjusting the bike to fit me. They know how to accessorize the bike nicely but not over done. overall a good experience.
