Very helpful and quick service. We bought a basket for my daughter’s bike for Christmas. It didn’t fit exactly so I brought it in to have it installed. In the past when I have purchased an item at a bike store it was installed for free. I was charged 20$. I was a little surprised that it wasn’t complimentary but since the clamp on the basket didn’t fit I was willing to pay to have it done.
The service department is top notch. I just took advantage of their February service discount, and my Trek Domane has never run smoother or quieter!

The service we received was awesome. Very helpful and attentive, but not annoying. We had been to two other bike shops earlier the same day and there was no staff available to greet us or ask us if we needed help. Would definitely recommend Folsom Bike !!

Only suggestion is to clean the wheel of sealant after servicing tubeless road setups. Mine came back with a fair amount of sealant residue.

Helpful staff and no pressure sales
I live in Sacramento and Folsom Bikes is on the way to the trails I ride at Granite Beach. I drop in now and then, but on every visit I’m met with great customer service.
The location is perfect for getting directly onto the trails without having to ride on the streets. Highly recommend renting bikes from this place for an adventurous, fun afternoon!
Staff are courteous. It does not matter if you are buying a big item or not. They are always ready to help you find what you need.
Clean store with a good selection of bikes, employee was willing to answer any questions I had about MTB. I wish you had a half day bike rental fee, I only used the MTB for about 4 hours and still paid full price for 24 hours.
