I brought in my wheel to have some of the broken spoke nipples replaced and apparently the wheel was nearing the end of its life as more kept breaking when he tried to true the wheel afterwards. He called me up to let me know and I said do what you can with the spokes, I'll come back for a new wheel when this one is totally done. And he said alright sounds good, and don't worry I'm not gonna charge you for this. And I was surprised and thanked him for it. Even though he did end up replacing several, which includes redoing the rim tape and adding more sealant since my tires are tubeless, he didn't charge me AT ALL. Such nice people in there that I will for sure go back there in a few months to get a new wheel.
I liked the service. My son and I were happy to purchase 2 brand new bikes efficiently. The staff was very friendly and the service was great.
