It's tough to put into words how much I love WPC. Basically, it's my go-to spot. I'll only think about shopping elsewhere if the prices are way out there. The staff? Always friendly and on point, ready to lend a hand no matter what. It's just one of those places where I feel right at home.

I bought my bike 11 years ago at the 10th Avenue store. Every Spring I used to take it back to them for a tuneup and then started taking it to Main Street as it is closer. I like the service and trust you to take care of my bike.

Fantastic service. Marc is the absolute best. He not only is very knowledgeable but also teaches me what’s wrong with my bike so I can identify it next time. The service team is also really good about looking at “in-ride issues” on a drop-in basis and fixing them if they can when they aren’t busy.
I had chain drop issues on a new bike that I’d purchased elsewhere, due to a small derailleur support part not being installed on the bike. Marc not only figured it out, he sourced the SKU of the part, told where I could order it online since West Point didn’t stock it, and offered to install it. The other bike shop I talked to couldn’t even identify the issue. Thank you!!
