Exemplary service provided to fix my flat rear tire within half an hour!!!! I was even let inside the store before it opened and was quickly informed via a text message when my bike was ready for pick up. The service team put me ahead of the queue so that I could happily rejoin my cycling group in a very timely manner. I would strongly recommend this bike shop to anyone. They are the best!!!!

I’m a woman and I find that it can be hard to get my road bike serviced without being condescended to. Marc (?) was fantastic. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong with my bike, explained pros and cons of replacement part options so that I could make an informed decision, and treated me like a person. Estimated turn around time was clearly communicated, and the timeline was met.

Great service all round. Staff at the Main Street location, in particular Cyrus, were very helpful and provided excellent background information on my first E-Bike the Trek FX+2. I have been riding a lot more and getting out there on longer rides, and the assist is a fantastic feature to get me up those steep hills, especially after my recovery from a medical procedure on my heart. I would highly recommend West Point Cycles. The sale prices on certain E-bikes now are also very good.
