I just needed tires for an old mountain bike, but the service was quick, helpful, and I got exactly what I needed.
The mechanic who helped me select and install a fender was friendly and very helpful.
Floor manager went above and beyond finding the correct fender for my bike. Even though the installation was more complex than originally thought (package didn’t include correct mount), he improvised successfully and still refused to charge me for labour. Excellent customer service.
