I had some adjustment issues; walked into the store and Zak was very helpful in assisting me. I even asked him if he could grease my pedals and he did it without charging anything. I bought a couple of bottle holders which he also installed right on the spot. Great service!

I had a great experience! It was my first experience and I had brought my 25+yr old bicycle there to get new tires and chain. Ed was on point with what the bike needed; John was super knowledgeable and put me on two new bikes- each a perfect fit and better than the one I had been riding all these years. No pressure; a great experience …and after 25+ years, I’m looking forward to many new miles on my new bike. Btw— they suggested I donate my old bike to a local homeless agency and fixed it up so it was in rideable shape to drop off there.

Your bikes are well built, and you have many to choose from to accommodate your biking needs. The people who work at your store are friendly, knowledgeable about the bikes, and very willing to take the time to answer your questions and make helpful suggestions. They truly love what they do, and it shows. :)
Friendly and knowledgeable. The mechanic went over what my bike would need right away. Then they gave me the cost before I left the shop. I was told it would be ready in a couple days but later that afternoon I got a text and email saying it was ready. Awesome!
A part that was ordered for me was incorrect. Made a ph call to Mike. He rectified my issue and ordered the correct part #.
I've patronized shop on a couple other occasions, they've always been helpful.

I presented with a failed disc brake and presumed the hydraulic line needed to be filled. The mechanic informed me the brake lever itself was defective. After inquiring of me whether a warranty was in place and discovering it was not, Trek replaced the brake lever and only charged me for parts, not labor. Amazing. I will return.
