Great bikes, well made, a little more expensive than most.
We came in to look at some kids bikes and were sold on trek almost immediately based on the location and staff. We came in for two 24” kids bikes and were welcomed by informed and courteous staff. We were stuck between a “guardian” bike online and the trek, but with Shimano gears / brakes, an aluminum frame, local store, service and option to trade-in when they grow out of the bikes; we were sold. So much so I’ll have to save up and perhaps get myself an upgrade too! All the staff were super passionate about biking, welcoming and patient. We will be back again, and again.

The service members were extremely helpful, even offering to assist me putting my bike in my SUV. I never feel like they are 'upselling' me but truly trying to guide me. They are also very knowledgeable.
I went in with a trouble pista valve which they q quickly resolved.
The had the tubes that I was looking for and gave me a map of nearby cycling routes.

I liked that I had two choices for a wider seat. The salesman explained the difference and I was able to make an informed choice. I struggled with getting my bike into my car. The salesman took off my old bike seat and replaced it with the new one. I did not have to bring my bike into the shop. Customer service is excellent and I would highly recommend this shop.
