My questions are always answered simply, helpfully and without condescending (I am an older woman). I liked that the employee showed me the replaced parts when I cam to pick up my bicycle; it helped me understand what they did. I've always been offered help getting my bike to and on my car. A couple years ago, I had a new bike carrier, and asked the employee to check my process when I secured the bike. He did; and that's why I no longer need assistance! The staff was excellent in helping us decide what bikes best fit our needs. Then they were totally understanding that we didn’t buy a bike there because the supply chain problems would cause us to wait for months to get the bike we wanted. When we do find bikes to fit our needs we will come to this store for our service and other needs.
Each time I came in there were staff members unmasked helping customers. Being a frontline healthcare worker treating COVID patents this is really frustrating. If not for this I would rate a 10 as the employees that I did work with were knowledgeable and great.

We are out of town customers. Due to the supply chain issues related to the bike industry we traveled down to Trek Naperville to purchase a bike and accessories. So glad we did as Eric treated us like family.
