Staff in store very professional and helpful, both in choosing a bike and explaining use and maintenance when we picked them up. We elected to go with the full maintenance package, which means we drop off our bikes at the end of the season and they tune them up for next year. These are not Toys R' Us bikes, so figured it was well worth it to have them maintained properly.

The guys at Trek Naperville are awesome. They know their product, aren't pushy and always upbeat and positive. That is different from other bike shops that make you feel dumb or not welcome when you walk in

The road bikes are the most pretty in the market.
The service is excellent. They try their best to attend you and go beyond your expectation. They gladly anser any question you might have, with precision and expertise.

I thought it was a high standard of service for a nice bike. The service was great and price seemed fair. The only reason I gave a 9 instead of a 10 was because I thought the gold plan would cover the labor cost. I consider the labor part of maintaining the bike. Great bike shop through and through!!
Staff was great to work with. Wish it would have been easier to speak to someone when I called over the phone, and it took much longer to get my bike then the original date I was given.

Sean was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He explained the process in detail and asked if I currently had any concerns or issues. The bike fit went smoothly and I immediately felt less pressure on my hands and the seat position was more comfortable. I was very pleased with my bike fit

All I can really say is I have a great experience all around. From the sales team who sold me the bike to service department. I can chat through any issues I am having and being riders themselves they knowingly coach me through it. I loved the bike cleaning session at the end of the year. The beverage was a huge unexpected benefit. It just made for a nice evening. Thanks all.

The bikes are amazing. We rented bikes in Key West the other year and after we bought Trek bikes and brought them down it was a night and day difference in riding comfort. All the staff at Naperville are very helpful. They helped guide me how to take care of the bikes better with specific preventative care and fine tuning of our bikes.
