Great service and nice clean shop
During my annual bike tune up, damage to my carbon fiber frame and fork were identified and the bike was deemed "unsafe to ride". Trek of Naperville went to work immediately to find a new bike for me. Instead of having to order a bike and wait until June/July due to the supply shortage for it to arrive, they were able to find my bike choice within a day and I was riding the next week.
Couldn't have asked for a better response from all involved. From those who inspected my bike and found the carbon fiber damage, to the honest communication and straight talk options presented, to the effort in finding the desired bike in my size, to setting the new bike up so I was ready to ride out the door.
