I went in to get a new tire for my bike. To my amazement, the person who helped me said, "No problem" and put a new tire on while I waited. In a world of extremely unpleasant bike shops, like The Bike Hub in Glen Ellyn, this shop actually wanted to help me! I am very impressed and will be back for purchases, tune ups, equipment, etc. Keep up the great work!
We were told it would be 2 weeks to get our bike. The fact that it took 4 weeks is 100% OK with all the supply chain issues everywhere but it would be nice to have an update from Trek proactively about the delay and not keep a customer hanging.
The repair team did a great job! Brought in a vintage Peugeot belonging to my girlfriend that needed repair. They quickly sourced the appropriate parts and the bike looks and functions like new.
When I bought my bike I was a little confused on what to buy. The guys at Trek, Naperville really helped me with the right bike. I just spent a couple of days riding RAGBRAI and the FX1 tha i bought preformed perfect. The guys at the store and the repair center are very helpful. I'd buy another bike from them for sure.
The customer service at this location is simply excellent. The products are a bit expensive, but not cost prohibitive. All in all, a good place to shop for a bike.
