The people who helped me were very efficient and up front about what needed to be done to fix the bike. They listed all the charges and what they were for. I came in on Thurs. and was told the bike would be ready the next week. On Fri., I received a text saying the bike was done and ready to be picked up. That was super quick. I was seeing the person getting the bike that nite and was able to give it to her at that time. Two days and the bike was ready to go. That was really great service. Thanks so much!
I stopped in to buy an inexpensive part. The staff was extremely patient. Which I completely appreciated. Because I am not a very experience cyclist.
Sean was great to work with. He helped me out with some general advice before I even had a bike for him to fit me on. Then when I was ready to do a fitting, he was super helpful. Chill, friendly, highly knowledgeable. It was a great experience and I’ll definitely be back.
