The staff was very helpful identifying the broken part, ordering it, and replacing it within days when I brought the bike in for them to work on it. They also gave me advice on how to ride the bike home after the part, the gear shifter, left me stuck in high gear. The cost of the parts and service was reasonable.

Received superior service, products and advice. I was a walk-in customer. The service tech dropped everything he was doing to fix my bike and help me choose a similar chain lube product that I was looking for. He also acted as cashier and emailed my receipt as requested. I was surprised at this exceptional level of customer service for a walk-in customer. I was able to leave the store with my bike ready for riding in less than 20 minutes total.
