This dealership has taken very good care of me over the years. Service team has been excellent and when there has been an infrequent issue it has always be resolved quickly and pleasantly. It is one of the few stores I actually enjoy visiting and chatting with the employees. I trust what they tell me.

Brought my speed concept in for a tune up. The drivetrain needed more work than I anticipated. Got the bike back and it seems to ride better than when I first bought it. Couldn’t be happier
Very quick service with good communication.
Sales rep was great. I had a couple questions regarding bike bags and he answered them with easy and gave his recommendations on what would work best. I went in to replace my kickstand that broke and he exchanged it no questions asked. There was also an unruly customer in the store cursing and yelling. The rep excused himself from helping me to attempt to diffuse the irrational customer. I believe he had mental health problems, but the rep remained calm and defused the situation while being verbally assaulted and cursed at. I wouldn’t have been able to remain as calm as he did. With that being said, customer service here is top tier!
Trek in Naperville, has impressed me from the moment I walked into their clean well lit and organized store.
I originally bought my new bike at Trek in Highland Park, while living in Chicago at the time last November. Then there were part shortages and they were not inclined to get the cranks on my bike warrantied to the correct parts.
I moved to the western suburbs in the spring, and visited another Trek store in Oswego to see if they could check my brake warranty. Sure enough my bike needed the brake levers replaced. But this store too, was not willing to look into the crank warranty claim.
Then I found Trek in Naperville, I was immediately greeted with friendly staff who wanted to help. Eric was incredibly helpful getting the claim processed and it only took a few minutes! I will continue to have my bike serviced at Trek in Naperville going forward. Thank you to everyone there!
