The Trek service staff was very hospitable, informative and eager to help fix my bike. The long overdue tune up didn't break the bank and my 15 year old bike is good as new.

Brought the bike in with a broken derailleur on Sunday afternoon. The response from the repair staff was "do you want to wait for about a half hour or come back on Monday". That was a much quicker turn around time then expected. We decided on Monday. You will call if there is any other issues to confirm proceeding. There was one and it was repaired. We picked up the bike on Monday late afternoon. No riding time lost.

Friendly and knowledgeable employees
The service tech was courteous, knowledgable, and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t want. Repairs were made and bikes were cleaned up because they were dusty. He didn’t have to go the extra mile but I feel like that is the typical service you get conking the trek of Downers Grove.

0 response rate. Had to call several times a week to follow up on a warranty claim with Thule. Even if Thule was not responding in a timely fashion, it would have been appropriate to get periodic updates. Terrible customer service on Thule’s and Trek store part.
