Friendly and efficient
I had a very pleasant experience when picking out a new bike for my girlfriend. I loved my trek bike so much that we decided it was time to get her one as well! The team was very knowledgeable and patient with showing her the different models and their features.
Change the online St. Patty’s Day to St. Patrick’s Day or St. Paddy’s Day.
Patty is short for Patricia, not Patrick.
Paddy is short for Padraig, the Irish name for Patrick.

4. Dropped off my bike … It needed an inner tube replaced on the rear wheel … Got a rear wheel bike rack installed … along with a phone holder … Went for lunch … They sent me a text saying my bike was ready for pick up. Took 1.5 hours … Life is Good 😊

The work was done in three days rather than the two weeks we expected.
Josh, the person who checked us in and helped us take off the front wheels of our bikes and get them into the back of the car, could not have been nicer or more helpful. He is the kind of employee great companies wish for.
